About Me

Living life like a creative project—constantly building, reworking, and pushing the edges of what’s possible. Always looking for new experiences, rad conversations, and moments that make you step back and think, ‘Damn, that was cool.’

About Me

I’ve never been one to follow a template. After a decade in Emergency Medical Services, I took a sharp turn toward creating things with my own hands—whether that’s designing and building, finding new ways to move and explore, or crafting experiences that turn into stories worth telling.

I love the contrast of extremes—heat and cold, stillness and movement, structure and chaos. You’ll find me sweating it out in a sauna or hot yoga class, then diving into the freezing ocean for a surf or cold plunge. I climb weekly (gym or crag, whatever’s calling), free dive whenever I get the chance, and can geek out on design, movement, and human potential for hours.

If I’m not out pushing limits in some way, I’m probably watching Reel Rock adventure films, deep in a creative project, or swapping ideas with people who inspire me. I still don’t use social media—real connections, real experiences, real life are where it’s at.

Philosophy
1. Create, always. Whether it’s a home, a trip, a conversation, or a wild idea—everything can be an art form if you approach it that way.
2. Heat and cold are medicine. There’s something about the intensity of a sauna, hot yoga, or a hot spring, followed by the shock of an icy plunge, that resets the body and mind.
3. Take the jump. Whether it’s leaping off a cliff into water, dropping into a wave, or stepping into the unknown, the best moments happen when you stop overthinking and go for it.
4. Keep things real. No clout-chasing, no fake personas. Just genuine people, real moments, and raw experiences.
5. Do good & expect nothing. Kindness is a lifestyle. Helping others and sharing what you have just makes the world better—no strings attached.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the raw, unfiltered nature of Couchsurfing. No marketing, no sales pitch—just real people offering real experiences. I’ve met some of the best humans through this platform, and I’m always up for more.

Interests

• Climbing: Always chasing the next problem—whether it’s at the gym, on a boulder, or halfway up a wall somewhere wild.
• Surfing & Cold Plunges: Few things make you feel as alive as paddling into a wave or diving into ice-cold water after a good sweat.
• Ashtanga & Hot Yoga, Saunas, Hot Springs: Heat just makes everything better. I’ll take any excuse to get into a flow state.
• Free Diving: Holding my breath and sinking in.
• Reel Rock Films: The kind of movies that make you want to grab your gear and go do something epic.
• Creating & Building: I’m always making something—whether it’s a piece of furniture, a climbing setup, or a new way to experience a space.
• Outdoor Adventures: If it’s outside and a little bit reckless, I’m in.
• Good Food & Good Company: A solid meal, a few drinks, and long conversations that go deep—that’s what it’s all about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I reconnected my distant relatives in Southern Italy back to my American family. After years of scattered history, I was able to find and bring them together again. Then, I traveled back to Italy with my family and spent about a week in the small town where my maternal great-grandfather grew up. It was surreal—walking the same streets, hearing the same dialect, and seeing firsthand the place where our family story began

Teach, Learn, Share

•Teach: I can show you how to climb a rock wall or boulder problem (safety first, of course!), how to pop up on a surfboard and ride your first wave, or even guide you through a few Ashtanga yoga flows. If you’re into building or DIY, awesome—let’s geek out on design, and I’ll teach you how to use some power tools or sketch out a cool project. Basically, if it involves creativity or adrenaline, I’m game to share what I know.
• Learn: I’m always a student of life. Teach me your favorite recipe, a song on the guitar, or a phrase in your native language. Show me a new climbing technique or your go-to yoga move. If you’re passionate about it, I’d love to learn about it—whether it’s pottery, parkour, or playing the ukulele.
• Share: I’ll share stories (I’ve got plenty of ridiculous ones), laughs, and good vibes. I’m happy to share whatever I have—whether it’s tools to help build something, an extra surfboard for you to use, or a ride to go explore a cool spot. Community and exchange make every experience richer.

What I Can Share with Hosts

• A private extra room (no couch-surfing on the floor here)
• A laid-back but creative, adventure-driven space that reflects everything I love.
• Free access to my local climbing gym.
• A session at the crag or boulders if schedules align.
• Good food, better conversation, and zero awkward small talk
