HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My parents and younger bro lives in Bronx, NY so couch surfers will most likely stay there because its near the city. The 5 (green)subway station "Grand Concourse-3rd Avenue" is 5 mins walking distance.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a recent member (2008 July), and today, we had one coach surfer from Germany.

My parents seem to have a good experience so we'll continue to open our door WHEN we have the time.

Intereses

bible studies, cooking, food tasting, portrait photography, video editing using Vegas and soon FCP, sale shopping, reading tons of materials, writing articles, etc.

For now I'm into chocolates.

You'll learn Asian culture from us. New York is the melting pot of countries, and inter-marriages happen.

You'll learn about Filipino Philippines and Cantonese Hong Kong culture. We know the spots of the most authentic Filipino, Cantonese, Burmese, Korean, Japanese, Mexican, south/Noth Indian FOODS etc.... all in Manhattan.

If you're into Jamaican or Black-Americna culture, well my family lives in the Bronx, Need I say more. There's Brooklyn, too, with great Middle Eastern and Carribean flair.
