My name is Federica, I'm an italian girl living in Livorno, a nice town on the seaside.
I consider my self an open-minded, friendly person, as I love meeting new people of all different kind and cultures. I'm a good listener and I love sharing some life stories.
Currently I mainly spend my time trying to become a doctor one day and during my free time I usually look around for something that could feed my mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined Couchsurfing because I love the idea of "low- cost travelling" spending quality time with people of other countries instead of money in some pre-packaged entertainment.
I think this is the best way of visiting a new place, having some tips from locals and creating connections.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music and I've listened to any kind of it, from jazz to rock of 70's to old melodic french song writers to hip-hop/rap culture (except for metal, I can't stand it).
I like going to music festivals but mostly the tiny ones and I like singing (either in the shower or next to a piano with a glass of wine).
I love nature and animals. I have a dog and I love going for long walks in the wood or beaches, better if the landscape is beautiful.
I like reading and drawing and I used to paint in the past but then I get bored so easily.
Of course, I love travelling.
With few things, the right people around me and a smile on my face.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, first of all I can offer my time, then I can try to cook some Italian meal (I usually prefer to eat it) and spend some funny time together.
I still don't have a couch to offer in my city, BUT I'll be glad of showing the place I live in some day and give some local tips.
