Hello Dear Friends,

I'm Federica from lake of Como. My boyfriend Nicolas and I, we are going to visit Thailand, Laos and Vietnam by bicycle. We will cycle from Ayutthaya to Vietnam. We love exoloring the world by foot but we want to try this new experience. Before this trip we walked from my hometown closed to Como to Kappadocia in Turkey for 8 months and 5000km. We love meeting local and authentic people.

In 2019, I was working as volunteer in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway wirh workingaway for 2 months.
I'd like to travel, know other culture, discover new perspectives and places. I'm very curious and I enjoy to meet new people and learn languages. I am trying to to practice eco tourism, travelling light and promote reality, for this reason i use couchsurfing to get in touch deeper with local people and learn as much as possible about their culture and traditions.
I am a very easy girl open minded and open to new opportunities. I am very curios and i love exploring! I really like trekking and hiking in the mountains, in general i m in love with nature and animals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to join Couchsurfing, because i think that it could allow me to travel with a more strict sens. without hotel, or as a classic tourist, but with rationality and especially by discovering the real place where people usally live every day, their culture, values and habits. At the momento, me and my Boyfriend Nico are walking the Gerusalem Way until Instanbul and we would like meet many people during the Way!
