ABOUT ME

I like being honest and direct. I also like paying attention to the others' way of being and respecting it.
Mine is a really large family and I spent my last six years living in a community which hosted children so I am used and fond of living together with a lot of people and sharing, from the house, to food, experiences, laughters, feelings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We cannot host at the moment as we are soon moving from Ayvalık to Bayramiç so right now we are hosted by Eray's family and don't have a place of our own, but soon we'll have a nice little farm where people will be more than welcome!

I had quite a few Couchsurfing experiences, especially as a host during the last year since I moved to Turkey with my boyfriend. Also some people hosted us during our cycling journeys. You cannot find any reference on my profile because he is the active one in our family. We are also members of Warm Showers.
Before joining CS I had been part of another opendoors network, Servas, for over 10 years, and I had the greatest experiences with it. I met wonderful people who sometimes became close friends.

Interests

I like being with people, listening to them, their stories and their languages even when I cannot understand them. I like the feeling of getting lost in un-translation. I like walking and lying down on the grass, on the sand, on the ground, under a starry sky, everywhere.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a little bit of the languages I know, and would enjoy learning new ones. Also sharing cooking skills and secrets is something which tastes great to me!
