Hello everyone, I'm Federico from Italy.
I'm a MTB coach and a Physiotherapist. I’ve been competing for several years in MTB races (Downhill to be precise 🔥 ). Thanks to my sport I had the chance to travel the Europe and fall in love with traveling, meet new places, culture and people. I'm very dynamic, friendly and spontaneous. In my free time I love grab my backpack and just go to discover new places.

I'm addicted to rock music but I’m literally open to every genres. My favorite bands are Franz Ferdinand, Artic Monkeys, RHCP, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and so on. I also like electronic music, Flume is my favorite one and Indie such as Chet Faker, Alt-J, The Kooks. I love TV series and books about philosophy, science and divulgation.

I travelled by van from the middle of Italy to the Scottish Highlands in a couple of days 😅.

👨🏻‍🏫I can teach you how to play the guitar, how to have a good ride on your bicycle, how to speak Italian, cook Italian and of course, how to be (a good) Italian 🤌🏼.
🏝 I can also save your life from sharks (I'm a sea lifeguard).
📸 I can teach you how to shoot with a reflex in manual setting.
🙋🏻‍♂️I'd like to learn as many things as possible: local cooks, spots, languages and traditions.
