We are Federico and Belen, a young couple from Argentina. I'm 30 y.old and Belen is 27. I'm an Industrial Engineer and Belen is a Philosophy teacher.

One word to describe us: travellers.

One year ago we quited our jobs and decided to move to Australia to work for one year. With this year in Australia finished we decided to use our savings to travel as much as we can, hopefully round the world. 

We consider ourselves as open minded people who likes meeting and experiencing new things and that always try to have a positive attitude towards life.

We are very clean, tidy, responsible and non-smoking people. We speak English, Spanish and Italian.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

We have some friends who have couchsurfed and told us great things about it. We are travelling around the world (Australia, Japan, China, Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe and Africa) and we think couchsurfing for us it's a great opportunity to continue our travels in a different and more local way. It's a great opportunity to meet new friends and we find it very interesting to see how local people live, eat, travel, ecc.

Interessen

We love everything nature related like trekking, swimming, backpacking and camping.
We also like going to the cinema or just watch a movie/serie at home.
No matter where we are, we always try to listen to our favorite radio programs and watch our football team games.
We love to eat and to cook!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

We've built two houses for less fortunate people with the charity organization "Un Techo para mi País".
I (Fede) won some chess tournaments as a kid.
Belen has three published philosophy books.

We can share argentinean culture, travel experiences, food and drinks. Especially about our famous barbeque (asado) and our tea "mate".

We can teach you how to cook some of our favorite argentinean dishes.

Also we can teach you some spanish or italian, to play Chess, Philosophy, Woodworking, small house repairs.

We can share lots of stories of our travels and places and customs from our country like food, football and music. We can assure it'll be a rich experience both for us and the hosts.
