Easy going, sociable. I want to grow, enjoy life and be as happy as posible in the run.
I delight in living a simple, intense and meaningfull life.

I love a healthy and vibrant lifestyle: have fun with friends, being in nature, exercise, meditation, prepare and eat great food, ride motorbikes, play guitar, sing and more.

Right now I work sharing retreats in different countries in Latin America. These retreats consist in some days in nature, with yoga and meditation sesions, silence and a delicious juice based diet. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I frequently host people at home. I love to make them feel confortable and have a great time here. I also enriched myself with amazing people, they inspired me with their lives and shared tones of valuable information of any kind of topics.
When I travel I love to stay in people houses, receive their hospitality and share with them. In the end its great to feel happier after knowing each other.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Amazing spiritual, meditation and fasting processes.
Travelled to India for a couple of months: great, the most interesting destination by now!
I've been a volunteer in Mother's Theresa's hospitals in Calcuta. Probably the happiest days of my life.
I also studied to be a priest for some years, interesting experience! hehe

I can teach Yoga and Meditation.

I also love cooking, specially great raw vegan food: how to prepare food without cooking, without sugar, flour and dairy. Its amazing how delicious, easy and healthy it is. Juices and smoothies are also great to have them frequently.

Being together, prepare some delicious dishes, sing, talk. Just sharing time it´s wonderfull for me.
