Overview
About Me
I am Federico, an Argentine musician. I like to travel with attentive eyes and an open mind, discovering different ways of living, feeling, and thinking. I'm not interested in rushing from place to place: I prefer to stop, observe, and connect with what is happening.
I am moved by the details: an unexpected meal, a conversation with a local, a corner of the world that wasn't on the map. I like to take photos when something touches me, more for myself than to show to others.
I run an online music school where we teach guitar, piano, singing, bass, and ukulele to people from different parts of the world. It's a project I’m passionate about, but when I travel, I try to disconnect from work to be more present. I understand that everything has its time and place.
I am interested in discovering different ways of inhabiting the world and learning from people who live realities different from mine. I believe there are lessons that can only be learned through traveling, through coexistence, through the unplanned.
Music and travel are essential parts of my life. Deep down, I’m always looking for ways to combine them.
I like it when a trip, often unintentionally, turns into a story, an unforgettable anecdote. When someone else's house, for a while, feels like home. And when a stranger, almost without realizing it, becomes someone close.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because I’m interested in getting to know places from the inside, not just as a visitor. Couchsurfing seems to me a human and real way of traveling: stepping into, even if just for a moment, the daily life of another person.
I’m not looking to save money. What I’m looking for is to share a moment, a conversation, a different perspective. I like it when traveling isn’t just about what I see, but about who I share it with, even if only for an instant.
The experiences I’ve had so far thanks to this community have been very positive and meaningful. I’m glad I’ve met incredible people thanks to this platform.
