About Me
My dream was to be a botanist, but I ended up - for the time being - doing a post-doc in comparative literature. This gave me the chance to spend some time in several countries, doing research in the largest libraries, chatting in the noisiest pubs, and visiting the most amazing botanical gardens in Europe. No, I do not look like a pear-shaped ancient wine jar with red tattoos. But isn't it cute?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've crushed at friends' of friends' of friends' places many times, and now that I have kind of settled and own a comfortable couch to share I'm glad to return the favor.
