I just recently decided to pack my dearest belongins into my backpack and travel the world.
I'm a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, was based in Munich Germany but now exploring the world through the eyes of youth and love.
I'm a vegan, open minded, funny and happy girl. My favorite things in this world are laughing, loving, sharing, doing yoga, dancing in the rain or under a blue sky with sunshine and wiriting poetry.

I'm so thankful for these wonderful oppertunities in my world and to share our homes for a while!

兴趣

I do Yoga every day, meditation and I love attending Kirtans, or any kind of workshop that will inspire me to become a truer me.
I love sitting in the sun, reading a book or just listen to the sounds of nature around me!
i try to see the beauty in all the little things everywhere around me, thats why i carry around a polaroid camera and i will wait as long as it takes to get a picture that will reflect the beauty of the moment to my satisfaction. :)

Music is my companion in lonly moments!
everything from Nahko, to trevor hall from tiny ruins to the red hot chilli peppers, from radiohead to any kind of campfire/guitar music! When it touches my heart I'm all in!
I'm a huge fan of poetry! My absolute favorite since I was 14 is J.W. von Goethe! but also new poetry in form of spoken word/poetry slams are just as beatiful i think!
My favorite author is Hermann Hesse! Narcissius and Goldmund!! best book on the planet!
for movies i can only say: Howl's moving castle! Since I first wtched this magical movie I fell in love eith the story and everything around it!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I have always been very fortunate to be able to travel a lot..
when I was 16 I was able to travel through Asutralia in a jeep with friends. Camping under night skies unlike any imagination, eating food from over the fire, getting to know people from the deep deep desert of Australia was a truely impressive expierience for me!

And one of the best things I have ever done was deciding to do my Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in New York and Munich! It changed my life in every single aspect!
