Music, Movies, and Books

The Spirit Catches You and You Fall Down by Anne Fadiman. This book has both challenged and guided me in the way I view what is health and wellness within my own cultural context and how my definitions may be similar or different across cultures. Highly recommend to anyone interested in how cultural lenses shape our views of the world.
