ABOUT ME

Laura, 20, studies Cultural Studies and Political Sciences near Hamburg, Germany. Felicitas is beginning to study art and Cultural Studies- also in the north of Germany.
We got to know each other in Italian Class back in high school which describes our friendship pretty well. What probably connects us the most is our interest for culture, art and languages.
Felicitas is the artist of the both of us. From political art to spontaneous portraits she draws everything and I - Laura- am usually amazed.
Laura is more of a theatre- and literature-person. She sometimes writes short stories or poems and loves to visit the theatre.

Also we both pretty much have the same rhythm of life.
On some days we like to party until the sun goes up, on other days we love to sit on Feli's roof, drink a tea, smoke an evening cigarette and talk about everything and nothing.

We both have a very positive attitude to life and are both very easily delighted - because life is just a lot better that way!

PHILOSOPHY

Usually this is a good place to citate some old wise men but what really is our philosophy is probably described the best by the sentence: Take life as it comes. We try to see the positive things in bad situations and don't want to waste our lifetime due to bad moods.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This september, we're rather looking for hosts. But beginning in october, we love to host in Lüneburg (Laura), and Bremen (Feli) or Oldenburg (both).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is our first try. We want to travel from Vienna to Istanbul by train and would love to be hosted in Budapest, Belgrade, Sofia and so on.

We hope to meet a lot of nice people and are interested not only in possible hosts, but would also love to have a coffee or beer with locals!
