Meditation and Yoga (Vipassana as teached by S.N. Goenka / Buddhist meditation both Theravada and Mahayana/ Art or living by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar)

Ecstatic Dance (5 Rhythms mostly)

Live music, surf, cooking, trekking and camping, poetry.

Vegetarian 🌱no drugs, no alcohol for me :)

Industrial Engineer and Fullstack Web developer.

-Japan: Osaka, Kyoto and Okayama (2weeks)
-Japan: Soto Zen monastery near Okayama (Toshoji) (1 year and a half)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen sunsets and flowers and animals in the wild, trees, plants, leaves and grass. I've seen the ocean, water flowing, fire and sparks, clouds on a full moon, colored stones, snowy mountains, a colored full dish of food...and lovely smiles :)

Lived 1 year in a Vipassana meditation center/community in the Romanian mountains of Transilvania.
Help rebuilding houses from a fire in Patagonia in an Art of Living long project.
Crossed the Andes Mountains in a 7 days bike trip with my father :)
Learned to surf in the beautiful beaches in the northeast of Brazil.
Stayed at a Zen monastery in Japan for an year and a half.
