Well, after 8 years of studying in the same city (Munich), which by chance is also my hometown, I found myself a bit - let's say satisfied with that place... ;) That's why I went to work as a volunteer in León, Nicaragua for 1 year in different projects. After that, I was travelling a bit (through Colombia, basically - or better said almost exclusively.. the country kind of absorbed me I guess... ;) ) and since march my homebase is in Germany again.

I'm absolutely into music and dancing. Generally I'm more the nightowl, i guess; in terms of going out, of course, but also when it comes to one of my nerdy hobbies (writing "novels"), and I even like running more at night...
I mean, nothing against a good sunrise - but this special atmosphere at night... come on!! :D
And it needn't to be always going out or something - there's nothing than a good 'kitchen talk', where all the world's biggest problems are solved in just one night :) (fun fact that noone there never has a pen with, with which one could write down all those great insights for the next morning... :/)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can hardly believe it, but it's indeed the first time that I'm travelling alone for a longer time (disregarding stays in more or less always the same city, for studying abroad or working). Well, sometimes your childhood dreams need a bit longer to be fulfilled I guess... :)
I'm here because of all the good stories I've heard about this community, by friends and brother. I would really love to explore the city together and going out with you, but in fact I'm also good with "just" having a good talk together - whatever you like and however much time you have...

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: My favorite, favorite music (you know, that one which touches your soul and stuff) is the electronic one: almost everything from minimal, deep, to trance and goa.
... But one year in Nicaragua left its mark... ;) I really love Salsa music now (not only dancing, but also the music itself), and also Reggaeton I somehow begin to like...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I think I mentioned that I studied a lot... ;) So if you are looking after someone with superficial and probably dangerous half knowledge in economics (1 semester), earth science (1 semester), philosophy (9 semesters in university - lifelong in the well-known school of life of course), or environmental engineering (8 semesters - still not breaking the surface...) - I'm your man!
And about many other fields I definitely got some unnessesary knowledge to share... Politics! :>
