Hi folks

these are some characteristics about me: I like to listen to good music, so I'm always open to new recommendations. From the Italians I learned that good food should be a more important part of our lives. So I like to consume, but to cook as well and I have no problem in doing it for several persons. Best case scenario of course is receiving a wine, beer or nice talk as a reward.

I also enjoy being outside and in the mountains. Biking, hiking, climbing, skitouring always relaxes my mind.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the trust-based concept. It is also a great opportunity to get to know other people all around the world, understand other cultures and to adjust ones own point-of view from time to time. And most of all it gives you the chance to experience a new city or country as authentic and near as possible.

I'm currently living in a flatshare. So unfortunately I can't offer a bed myself. I will change that when I have the opportunity to do so.

Music, Movies, and Books

There's a lot of genres with amazing musicians out there. Here are some that I like: The Brecker Brothers, Herbie Hancock, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Bonobo, Mogwai, RATM, Steve Wilson/Porcupine Tree, Mumford & Sons, Panzerballett, La Brassbanda, Nujabes. I'm always open to new music. It's the only language that everybody in the world can speak and understand.

Instead of movies it's easier to go with directors: Quentin Tarantino, Stanley Kubrick, Sofia Coppola, Hayao Miyazaki.

Books: The whole Tolkien realm is stunning.
