Hello there my name is Felix Florath and I am on a world tour. Originally I am from Cologne Germany and my parents and I are always happy to host people who want to stay. I have just finished High school and before my university studies I am traveling as long as the money lasts. I am a passionate football/soccer player and love doing any sort of outdoor activity.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing because I want to get the feel of a country and staying in hostels and campgrounds you only get very little insight into a society.

Interests

Meeting new people from all over the world, learning new skills and of course getting and about and doing outdoor activities.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book has to be the Lord of the Rings. I am a geek in that sens, but for films I haven't really got any preferences.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was fortunate enough to be able to volunteer in a poverty eradication garden in Francistown, Botswana where I was able to learn not only valuable farming skills but also to appreciate what it means to be born in a rich community.

Teach, Learn, Share

I went through a High school education in Germany and have some recreational farming skills for arid and semi arid climates.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will share stories about my experiences with people, nature and countries as well as hands on skills in farming and limited building skills. Never the less I am always open minded on learning new skills and meet new interesting and welcoming couch surfers.
