Hi there. I live in Berlin since almost 10 years now and I still enjoy the city for all it's freedom very much. I studied art and literature and currently work in a management position in an art gallery. I recharge my batteries spending as much time as possible in the nature, with friends or by myself. I love good movies and good books. I enjoy meditation as well as any kind of sport activity (from freeletics to bouldering, swimming and more). I just love to move my body and test where the physical strengths can get you. I have a calm personality with a very positive attitude towards life and I am a good listener :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing to meet new open minded people from all over the world. I love to travel the world, visiting beautiful countries, meeting beautiful people and learning about new cultures all in the spirit of cultural understanding/exchange and the great desire of bringing people together and contributing to world unity.

Currently on a trip around the world for 1 year (or longer) starting in March 2024 💙

I love classical music and jazz
I love a lot of good movies but my most favorite are probably The Lost City of Z, anything by Pasolini, Cronenberg and David Lynch, Upgrade by Leigh Whannell, Love by Gaspar Noe, Kubrick is amazing of course, The Thing by Carpenter, The Lighthouse, Beyond the Black Rainbow, anything Fassbinder, Derek Jarman of course, Big Fan of the Evangelion Franchise, Donnie Darko all time favorite :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Life is an accumulation of amazing things, but certainly my trip around the world, which I started in March 2024, and all the amazing experiences I make/will make along the way, and the amazing people I will meet, will be the most memorable :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

My medium good cooking, and better baking skills :) good conversations, a good laugh, teaching german if you want ^^ and hopefully just sharing a good time together and having a great connection.

As a guest I want to make sure that I contribute to the shared experience with a positive energy and initiave to spend time together. I am always trying to connect with people and I prefer staying with hosts who are willing to and have time to spend time together - otherwise I feel like I am just using someone’s home for accomodation, and this is not how I understand the spirit of couchsurfing.
