Hey!
I’m from Germany where I currently study Business Management. I’m already in my third year and I got the opportunity do one semester overseas in Australia at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Before I started studying I did an apprenticeship as an assistant tax consultant which turned out to be pretty boring. That’s why I decided to start studying and travel around as much as I can.
After my semester here in Australia I plan to see as much as possible of the country and I want to visit New Zealand, Japan and Indonesia before I have to go back to Germany.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I want to meet more local people and to see how living in Australia actually is.

Interessen

I love woodworking. My plan is to build all the furniture I need by myself. So far built my own bed out of euro pallets, a kitchen table, multiple shelfs, and a TV stand! I try to be active as much as possible. I do a lot of Mountain-biking and want to get into Skateboarding again. But I also like some quiet days with just videogames and hanging out with friends.
Here in Australia I discovered my love for diving and did my open water licence at the Great Barrier Reef! And of course I love travelling!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favourite genre is Rock/Hardcore. But I kind of like music form every genre except German schlager. My favourite Bands are: Thrice, Stick to your Guns, The Ghost Inside… and much more :D
I Like movies from every genre. My favourites are Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Inception, and Interstellar.
I’m not much of a reader. But I want to change this! Maybe you can give me some recommendations? :D

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Me and my friend participated in the Red Bull Soapbox Derby in Herten, Germany. We build a Star Wars themed Soapbox and made it to the seventh place!
