From September till June I work as a history teacher in a secondary school, here in Antwerp. July and August are therefore free for travelling and spending time with my friends!
My favorite way of travelling is by hitch-hiking. It's the ideal way for meeting new and interesting people and to have more interaction with the locals.

Interests

In my spare time, I'm quite dedicated to the musical world. I play the euphonium in two different orchestras and in one of them I'm in charge of the administration as secretary. This absorbs most of my spare time, but whatever is left will be spend on reading (Fantasy, Historical-Fiction, Thrillers, ...) and friends. Occasionally I go for a swim in the local pool or have a run in the park, but not as often as I would like to.
