ABOUT ME

I see myself as a global citizen. At the same time, I have my roots in Bavaria and enjoy living in Munich.
I am working at the headquarters of BMW here in Munich, and I spend my free time enjoying Munich's rich and diverse cultural and night life (concerts, theatre, movies, art exhibitions, clubs) as well as going to the lovely mountains and lakes for hiking, mountain biking, sailing, skiing or driving my convertible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have lived in the UK and Japan and I have travelled to many other countries. I have met a lot of people with great hospitality and would like to give the same to young people coming to the beautiful city of Munich.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just moved into a bigger flat in April 2008 and can finally offer a proper guest room which should see some global people soon!

Interests

Definitely Asian culture. I lived in Japan and have travelling in Korea, Hongkong and China.

Currently thinking a lot about global warming, alternative energy and how we can stop the planet from exploding.

Thinking about going travelling in Greece this summer and trekking the Himalaya in Nepal this fall.

I will finally start learning catamaran sailing this summer (Yesss!)

I can never get enough new music for my ipod. I looove independent music (from both UK and US) and Jazz.
