ABOUT ME

Hello~
Im Jaehyeon Hwang. and have been living in Busan since i was born.
(so that means I know lots of great places to visit in busan.)

I'm going to travel all over the europe except for Scandinavia and some parts of MiddleEast plus Turkey. EXACTLY for 5 months.
But in case of MiddleEast, I'm likely to skip there but Dubai(this city is the fitst city before going to Europe as a stopover)
Because, you know, sadly the political situation is not that stable indeed.

All that I'd like to experience during travel overseas is somewhat special stuff compared with other travelers.
I've been working at restaurant as a cook for 8months. But It's just part-time job for earning my travel cost
(My major is Chemical Engineering. Therefore, Both of them is quite different section. But, I'm really into cooking indeed)
Anyway, What I'd like to say to you is, I want to learn the recipe of your own and if possible, cook together. the shape and taste of food is not important for me. Im never picky about what I eat. Even can eat Mountain Oyster. lol Ohhh, except for Insect (But I can eat marinated Pupal. because I've been eating that for a long time here)

I'm rather shy. but strangely, when I travel, I totally turn into lively, positive guy.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

While I was preparing for this travel, I stumbled across someone's blog where uploading lots of pictures of travel and writing related with them.
He was a cook just graduated from high school and had won the first prize in the national cooking competition.
Actually I can't remember clearly what attracted him to this kind of travel. he got started his travel with no budget apart from one-way flight ticket. But He overcame everything he encountered during travel and ended up coming back home with growing up much more.
His story stimulated me to choose the way of travel.
As participating this programme, want to meet a variety of people who have different background, skin, hair, personality. I'm sure this kind of mutual exchange would be helpful not only to me, but also to them.
That's why I picked this programme. not by the merit of reducing the budget.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just got started this programme in reality. Today, This part is a kind of live broadcast. Up to now, Everything is Awesome! He who is my first host of my life looks really great!

Interests

Unfortunately, the majority of my friends don't believe me I'm into watching a paintings or sculpture(To be honest, I don't like modern arts. so implicated and complex to understand), a ballet, reading a book and something like that, due to be judged by my appearance. I'm more of heavy physique and look so manly as well as so husky voice. But Its totally wrong judgement. I'm not really interested in watching soccer, baseball much rather than watching arts.
Is this weird....?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The lastest thing I've done is the military service for about 2 years.
In retrospect, it's quite a excellent experience which probably never happen to me again in my life.
The first image you maybe can come up with is "A heavy physique guy with making their face be put on by camouflage face paint and multicolor patterned mil uniform, heavy-looking boots, ammunition belt around the belly or across the body, plus of course, Gun" you are right! but I didn't disguise like that very often. just a few times when I conduct important role in drill or real situation.
