I can share my information about my city with other people ,i have persian cooking workshop in my house.
We start the day with purchasing some needed staff for our traditional dishes in center of shiraz, the place that we can find fresh vegetables , meat and everything we need. (9AM -11AM)
2. Then we drive to my apartment and start the course . we will teach our customer one appetizer , two main dish with traditional drinks “Sharbat” and one or two dessert ( customers are able to choose any kind of traditional food that they looked for ) (11.30 AM – 5PM or more )
