Much of this profile was written by a a yonger me... Still Its all tru Nowadays I am mostly working and fathering my children. We are presently taking a family trip to Italy and Ireland and look forward to meeting new friends and having exciting conversations. My kids have never traveled before so they are ripe for the adventure.

Here is what I wrote when I joined 10 years ago...
We live on earth in the company of what we can see and feel and what we understand. I do not understand. I love life, I love people. I love this opportunity to perceive the world but I have believed quite often that i am not at home even here where i was raised. I feel that there is more, a deeper story a deeper friend. This lens of culture that I have inherited is not good enough. It does not suffice the purpose of living and giving strength to new life. In this perplexity and musing I have endeavored among other things to travel with a deep curiosity for what else might be possible. To see, feel, listen. to learn new languages music, stories. To hear what praises for vitality might be cawed in yonder village. Come, Platero let us see.
