For me, I have heard about couchsurfing 2 years ago from a group of travelers (it is a Jordanian Group called "traveler without limits) but written in arabic..
I read a lot of posts of people talking about there experiences in couchsurfing, and the best thing I like how they enjoy meeting people with different culture and keep in touch with each other... And so I decided to be one of them..
