Overview
About Me
Right now, I am living in Santiago de Chile but soon I will live in Coyhaique, in the Chilean Patagonia, because I am a part of a project that we are building there, a restaurant.
I ll always loved traveling, but because I love knowing new places and most at all the culture of that place, there is so much to learn… I´d rather to stay longer in a place (hopefully live there) and have time to share with locals, that just traveling as much as I can in a short period of time… I like learn languages, I start with French now, but it is taking me longer that what I thought…
I have study Culinary Arts because I think it is beautiful the ways that food can be turn a tradition... with friends, family, unknown people that after that meal probably it won’t be a estranger anymore… and also, because it is a beautiful way to learn more about different cultures…
I love discover new things, learn, have different and new experiences, good or bad, my loneliness…
I could keep writing but I thing I have to leave something for when we meet…=)
