I will be studying in British Columbia until July and want to make the best of it!

ABOUT ME

I began to use CS short time ago and am getting more into it now, so time to tell the community a few things about me! I am an English/Portuguese Education student in Brazil, now studying and traveling in Canada.

Hanging out with people, sharing things and having a good time is what I like the most about Cs! I guess this period of traveling has been great for that, and surprises that came along have been coloring the way.

I'm into movies, drinking a steaming cup of coffee, hiking, dancing salsa and rockabilly (and i'd probably jump right on board with different styles too just for the fun lol) and etc!

Before going back to Brazil, job and everything, I'm living a very good moment experiencing Canada's diversity and seeing things myself, rather then only hearing about them!

I guess that's it, a bit about me :)

PHILOSOPHY

I'd say living wholeheartedly is what impresses me in people; what gets us out of our comfort zone and makes us move forward to the unexpected

I have been hiking and participating in the CS meetings; don't have a couch to offer now, but i hope i can host others back home soon

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteering in a program that promoted reading/writing practices in a Brazilian favela in Sao Paulo. It was a great community work towards improving children's and tenagers' literacy in that area, an initiative of an NGO that worked very nicely

Walking through the Archaelogical site of Xochicalco, in Mexico, was also amazing!
