CURRENT MISSION

Raise my child in the most just and mind-opening way I can, continue to discover the world and its people in it, continue to renovate my house with my partner to turn it into our home. But first and foremost, continue to believe in the good of human kind and work to be a better version of myself on a daily basis.

ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty energetic and sociable person who likes a good laugh, as well as someone who very much appreciates alone-time to recharge and daydream. I enjoy a good conversation over a glass of red wine as much as a crazy dance until the early morning hours. Sunshine, music, swimming and beautiful people make me smile.

I became a mother in 2014, and it has been a transformative experience on all levels. I try to really practice what I preach and want to offer my daughter the opportunity to visit the world and meet some of the amazing people in it. She is adventurous, imaginative and kind and I love learning and evolving next to her.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When travelling, I want to meet locals and get to know the place I'm in through their eyes, instead of some fellow tourists'. Staying with locals is a wonderful way to achieve this and also a great opportunity to share a bit of my culture. I find couchsurfing as a family even more rewarding than as a single traveller, especially when we get to stay with locals who have children themselves.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Only a little bit through CS, but lots through contacts. Over the past 20 years, I've surfed on couches of friends, friends of friends, ex-lovers of friends, semi-strangers, and even a granddad of a friend.

Every single one of them has been special in their own way because I got to meet people in their personal space and share a moment in time with them.

The first thing that pops to mind is whale watching in the south of Argentina. So breathtakingly beautiful, I had to cry.
