My name is Fernando and I'm 53 years old. I'm a Mexican citizen (born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico until I was 28) and hold 2 more passports (American and British) after living in the US and the UK for 10 years respectively. I worked as an IT consultant for 26 years until I decided to switch careers in 2018. Now, I'm a Holistic Wellbeing Specialist, travelling the world providing services as a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and teacher and Tai-Chi/Qigong and Yoga instructor.

I'm a friendly and very calm and balanced person (something you'll see when you interact with me). I don't smoke and I drink little alcohol (I like red wine and occasionally I like to have a glass of red wine with my meal).
