We are a Chilean couple, Fernando, 31 years old, born in San Felipe, Chile, a city located in the Aconcagua Valley near the second highest mountain in the world, and Scarlett, 32 years old, born in Santiago, Chile.

We are both physiotherapists by profession, we studied in Valparaíso, where we met and began our life and adventures together in 2013. After finishing university, we toured the “Macizo Paine” circuit, better known as “The O” in the National Park "Torres del Paine". Later, we moved to Punta Arenas, where we lived, worked and got married.

Fernando worked as an adult neurorehabilitation physiotherapist, so he has experience in the care and rehabilitation of older people and/or people with special needs. He also worked in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation clinics, training people to improve their performance.

Scarlett dedicated herself to children's neurorehabilitation, working with premature babies, children with cerebral palsy and other neurological pathologies. She is a yoga instructor for children with special needs and a sensory integration specialist. She developed a family-based program to stimulate the baby's psychomotor development. She is also dedicated to women's health and the menstrual cycle.

We have been living in Aarhus, Denmark for just over a year. We are learning Danish to validate our degrees here. Furthermore, Fernando is interested in studying Software Technology Engineering in Aarhus next year.

We are both passionate about traveling, getting to know different cultures and landscapes. We are nature lovers and very adventurous. We have hitchhiked through Chile from north to south, so we have many entertaining stories. We love trekking and camping in nature. In general, we lead a healthy life, without tobacco and very little alcohol.

We are calm, clean, orderly, responsible and hard-working people. Last year we worked for a cleaning company in Aarhus, which has given us all the keys to keeping a house spotless. Scarlett also worked caring for three siblings aged between five and seven, the eldest having special needs.

Fernando loves movement, physical activity and sports. He practices climbing, calisthenics, basketball, table tennis and is always open to trying new sports. He also loves music, almost all genres, and plays the piano. He also likes to cook. He has a Danish driving license and experience behind the wheel.

Scarlett is cheerful, friendly and resilient. In her free time she likes to read, paint watercolors, make macrame, and do craft activities. She enjoys being outdoors and swimming in the sea. In her childhood, she harvested tomatoes on her uncle's plot and helped her grandmother sell crafts. She also demolished the interior walls of an old house that was later rebuilt with a lot of love and effort.

We are both interested in learning new things, so we will be very happy to contribute to your well-being and at the same time learn new skills.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

In 2017 we did a 12-day trek in the "Torres del Paine" national park in Chilean Patagonia. It was a beautiful and challenging experience. We walked for 12 days carrying our luggage, tent and food through forests, mountains and glaciers. The landscape is beautiful.

We can offer help with discomfort, body pain or help with physical training as we are physiotherapists by profession. Also evaluation and advice to promote the psychomotor development of babies since Scarlett specializes in children. We can help by exchanging languages, we speak native Spanish, so we could teach Spanish while practicing English or learning Danish. We are very proactive, clean and tidy, so we can also help with the order and cleanliness of the home, cook some delicious food or simply spend a pleasant moment. We also have a lot of energy and we like to learn new things, so we are willing to help with whatever is needed.
