About Me
I swam in the Grand Canyon, kayaked down a huge sand dune, stood face to face with a bear in Alaska, biked down a volcano and found gold.
And now I'M CYCLING AROUND THE WORLD!! 26.000 kilometers through Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. Through countries whose language I do not speak, which are not particularly safe and countries aboud which we know just a little.
One day, I want to look back and think of all the stories I experienced.
I don't want to regret the things I didn't do, I want to be able to tell stories and to be proud of what I've done.
Most of the people in my age study and sit five days a week in classrooms. My classroom is the world and I'm looking forward to learning a lot on my journey, about other cultures, life and myself.
I am convinced that everyone can do something to make the world a little better, using your passion and your strengths.
My passion is cycling and traveling and I absolutely love to help other people.
Therefore I connect my bike trip with a fundraising. I target to collect 50 cents for each kilometer I'll cycle to help World Bicycle Relief (https://worldbicyclerelief.org/). They mobilizes people through the power of bicycles and they are committed to helping people conquer the challenge of distance, achieve independence and thrive.
Is there anything better than to do what you love and to help others at the same time? Probably not.
