Let's keep the old school couchsurfing spirit alive, it's not just a free alternative to airbnb
Also, don't ask me to stay if you're gonna be in town for like 12 hours, like arriving at 8pm and leaving at 8am the next morning. I ain't no hostel and actually enjoy spending time with my hosts, if not for this I wouldn't be on CS

Ps: Les demandes impersonnelles du genre "salut, je serai à Poitiers bientôt pour x raison, tu peux m'heberger? Ça serait sympa. Salut" seront peut-être lues mais c'est tout. Je réponds plus au copié collé.

music before all, i love learning how to play a new instrument and i cant spend a single day without music of any type (except for the radio crap)

languages, i feel like my brain is a sponge eager to absorb new ways to communicate

cooking which is my favorite hobby

playing games, board and video (best way to socialize and meet people)

partying (the other best way to meet people)

meeting and exchanging ideas with as many people as possible

reading, watching a good movie

an F5 tornado (april 2011, tuscaloosa) and a hurricane (Isaac, in Louisiana)

seeing the sun go down and up and down and up again within two hours and a half... all this looking northward. (no kidding)

i can teach how to play guitar and how to solve the rubik's cube (useless but funny), french, english and how to cook a few things that i'm not bad at cooking
