ABOUT ME

I am a kind, down-to-earth, open-minded 25 year-old girl who loves life and wants to get the most out of it. I've taken a couple of years off from school, but are now studying at Uni. I want to see things I have never seen, meet new people and try things I have never tried before.

I love music more than anything and there does not go a day by in my life without. I feel like I breathe through music and I love to explore new artists every day! Otherwise I like draw sketches or do other creative things. I love to have a good time with my friends, laughing, drinking beers or going for a concert and dance all night! I also love to just have a quiet evening at home, have a good conversation over a nice cup of tea/coffee or watch a movie.

I guess you would get the impression that I am a very serious person from my profile, but it's only because I don't know how to be funny in writing. In real life I'm quite silly and love to make people laugh (with me or at me) all the time :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've mostly tried hosting. When I host surfers it makes me feel lucky that I get to experience this instead of just having a normal day. I get to (hopefully) make a difference in other peoples lives by letting them into my home, my life and my heart and share everything with them. Unfortunately it's not always possible for me to host at the moment as I live with roommates, so it depends on their lifeschedule as well, but I'm always up for hanging out, showing around or just giving some good advice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a lot of different couchsurfers from a lot of different places in the world. All of the experiences have been great and we have had a wonderful time getting to know one another, laughing, playing games, go dumpsterdiving, drinking tea, learning things from each others cultures or languages and go for a walk by the harbour eating icecream. In general just spending time together and of course showing them around in my city ;)

I'm interested in so many things that it will take forever to list them. It is part of my problem here in life that I want to see, know and learn so many things. But mostly music, people, nature, cultures and languages fascinates me.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I've seen a lot of movies and I really enjoy watching movies, but It's hard for me to say a favourite. I like movies that makes me laugh, but also has a touch of brilliance. Movies that make you think about things for a long time afterwards...I spend a lot of my time listening to music, so I have A LOT of favourites. Too many to list here.

I have a hard time remembering all the books I've read, but my absolute favourites will always be Harry Potter :)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Oh my god - there is so many things... All of my travels have been amazing! Especially sitting on a beach in Tunisia eating deliscious fresh fish for lunch under palm trees, just after having sailed with dolphins jumping right next to the boat. Also sleeping in the Sahara desert in total darkness, looking up at the most beautiful clear sky filled with stars. Flying airballoon over the mountaintops watching the sunrise in Turkey and climbing mountains in Spain!

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I am currently living in a small(ish) apartment in Copenhagen with my husband and 3 other roommates. We are a small collective and we also have a cat, 2 parrots and a bunch of fish, so beware if you have allergies! There's no seperate room for you, but we have a livingroom with a big couch, where you can sleep mx 2 people. Most of us are studying and sometimes have busy schedules with exams, nightshifts and so on, so it's not always possible for me to host as it depends on everybody at home, but when it is we would love to have people by and share our home with them :)
