I am a biologist specializing in the study of animal locomotion, ranging from hummingbird aerodynamics to blue whale maneuvering performance. These days I mostly travel for work and I have been lucky enough to have done fieldwork in some very interesting and remote places. I spend a lot of my free time outdoors. This includes hobbies such as trekking, biking, skiing, and rock climbing as well as my field work.
