I’m Fien, 26 years queer woman, if not traveling I’m trying to make theatre as a director, teacher or actor. I love to eat and spent hours at tables sharing food and a good class of white wine or coffee with friends or strangers.

I love walking in nature, and I am the most happy version of my self when seeing the sun shining and the moon rising in a clear sky.

I’m very active and extravert, get energy from being with people, but I also have my introvert personality enjoying reading a book or doing some yoga.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I was a little kid I was always staying over in friends houses, with my grandparents, other family members, friends of my parents,… I was used to go on those youth camps, and I was raised traveling a lot. Since I’m 18 I’m traveling a lot by my self, I would consider it as my favorite thing to do.

But I like it the most when having the chance to meet locals. I think I was triggered by that doing exchanges to Poland and to Spain when I was 14 and 16. When I was 18 I lived with a Mexican host family for one year, and since that year I’m used to visit friends all over the world.

Since July 2024 I am living out of my backpack going from project to project. Either Workaway, ESC, or traveling around.
