I'm a 25 year old architect in the making just wandering through this spectacular life seeing amazing things and meeting interesting people along the way who aid in shaping my journey. I love art, cinema, music and design. And coffee. Lots of coffee.

I'm basically a mass of contradictions. I did gymnastics for nearly 10 years but I'm probably the clumsiest person you'll ever meet, I love dancing although I'm hopelessly terrible at it, I feel most at home when I'm not even though I have the most incredible family, I design buildings for a living but I'd much rather spend my time outside, I'm a born muslim but don't fit many of the stereotypes (spoiler: hardly any of us do), I love travelling alone but believe that people are the best part of travel. Overall I'm just a very friendly, open-minded adventurer at heart.

I'm moving cities soon and am keen to build a new community in a new place for the first time in my life. In the past I've wandered in and out of cities stopping for short periods of time. I'm really excited to figure out what starting fresh feels like.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in learning about how different people and cultures experience the world.

I always try to use couchsurfing while travelling to hang out with locals and I love to hear stories from travellers when I'm in Cape Town. I've made some incredible connections with some wonderful humans all over through this site.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Did a roadtrip through Andalusia in June of 2014 and got lost in the hilly landscape without a map, we ended up following nature's signs and found ourselves very close to our destination in Estepona.
