ABOUT ME

Creative designer originally from Finland, currently living in England with my wonderful wife and our 4-year old son. I have a habit of thinking everything is interesting simply because it's new to me. I am not particularly fond of writing about myself though, in my perfect world, my work would speak for me and that would be enough. That is usually not the case though, so I suppose to a certain degree I have to talk about myself. My wife and I are both very creative and love meeting people who share our passion for creativity, regardless of how that creativity has its outlet.

Interests

I spend my time designing things, from board games to wine labels. I play guitar and compose my own songs. I sculpt dolls. I paint. I do a bit of wood crafting every now and then.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music ranges from 30's Jazz to Dubstep to Metal. My favourite film of all time is "Still Crazy". I read a little of everything, last book being "The Foundation Series" by Isaac Asimov.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When the girl — who I had then only known for a couple of weeks — who later became my wife rang my door for the first time just to kiss me before I left abroad for some time. That left me awestruck.

Impromptu performance, singing and playing guitar, for a group of ladies having their company party. I just wanted to borrow the guitar but they insisted that I play for them first.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can inspire you, or at least so I have been told. Other than that I can teach anything and everything I know, whether it's about fresh coffee or statistical probabilities.

I want to learn French. Or some dance I don't know. For starters at least.
