La voglia di viaggiare e conoscere mi ha portato a essere una persona versatile e socevole, pronta a confrontarsi e a "rubare" quello che più buono c ' è delle varie situazioni, modi, usi e costumi degli altri... Una persona semplice molto umile e pronta sempre a porgere una mano nel momento del bisogno... il mio motto è Carpe Diem... la mia forza è il mio carattere... semplice, genuino e divertente.
Sono un Architetto che a rivoluzionato la propria vita trasferendomi in UK e dedicandomi ad uno dei miei hobby:"Cucinare e in particolare Fare la Pizza".
Oggi sono Head Pizza Chef presso una delle pizzeria VEGANA più in voga del sud dell'Inghilterra, dove elaboro grandiosi pizze con concetti di alta digeribilità e rispetto delle tradizioni culinarie del sud Italia.

I am an architect that revolutionized his lives moving to UK and dedicating myself to one of my hobbies: "Cooking and particularly Make Pizza".
Today I' m Head Pizza Chef at one of the most popular pizzerias VEGAN in the south of England, where I'm making superlative pizzas with high digestibility concepts and respect of the culinary traditions of southern Italy.
