About Me

I don't think I'm able to describe myself. 'Myself' is shifting and changing every minute, so I just embrace it and flow with it. I have no goals in life - I'm here to experience and explore both inner and outer space. I aim at having my mind as open as possible to every possible aspect of life. It gives me great joy, inspiration and incomprehensible amounts of love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

People from different cultures have got different ways of thinking and I find it very inspiring. I have learnt a lot from my foreign friends and I like the idea of being introduced to places I visit by locals instead of tourist guides. I also enjoy being on the other end. The traveling is about people so if I can't travel, then let the travelers come to me.

Interests

My latest interest would be electronic music production. If I were to specify a genre I'd just say 'experimental'. Then there's travelling obviously. I love spending time with nature so my favorite way of travelling is definetely with a tent, camping in forests, beaches and mountains. If you can call that an 'interest' then my biggest one is a quest for understanding the nature of reality. It's a fascinating journey which can be explored on various planes, from fundamental physics through philosophy, psychology, neurosciences to spiritual experiences. I'm also a graduate theoretical physics student and an active meditation practitioner. I suppose there are way more, but I suppose there's no point in putting my life story on my CS profile. ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - no specific genres really; from atmospheric black metal, through ambient and psytrance to free jazz. It would be way too hard to describe my musical taste. If there's anything that can be said in general - music that triggers my emotions is a music I'll listen to.

Books - My 3 all-time favorites are '100 years of solitude' by Marquez, 'Master and Margerita' by Bulhakov and 'The Wind-Up Bird chronicle' by Murakami.
