As most of humans, I'm a mix of contradictions. I love spending time with old and new friends, and being by myself for days. I love listening to people talking about their lives, and overwhelming them with unimportant details about mine. I love staying in my beautiful island, and travelling around the world. I love walking by myself in the middle of nowhere surrounded just by nature, and I am thrilled by busy metropolis.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm here because when I travel I love meeting locals, discovering their world through their eyes, as much as I love meeting travellers and make them feel at home in my world.
I've been on Couchsurfing for a couple of years, with a joint account with my ex-partner (who's now managing it, https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/tommaso-savino_filippo-aroffo). We hosted travellers in our home, first in London and then in Sardinia, and we were hosted during our travel around Asia. The people we met and the experiences we made thanks to Couchsurfing were the most precious of all. I'm looking to find the same here.

音乐、电影和书籍

Big fan of Murakami Haruki, I love dreamlike literature, children's included, especially picture books. 2021 has been the year I've discovered non-fiction books (shame on me!), as I realized it was time to educate myself on important issues like feminism and racism.
Always been a classical music and opera fan, I also love pop and disco music. Though I find jazz intriguing, I'm still struggling with it.
It's safe to say Miyazaki Hayao is my favourite director, I always go back to his movies in the most difficult times. Beside animation, I love independent and art films, films with strong female leads, as much as I love well written sci-fi and fantasy movies. I'm into series, my recent favourite beeing The Handmaid's Tale and Killing Eve.
