ABOUT ME

I'm pretty fun to be around, humorous, and definitely quirky. I can be very sarcastic at times. I am also very serious and responsible when I need to be. I'm always happy to help out my friends. I am also a pretty big nerd and enjoy reading books and comics, watching movies and TV, and roleplaying or singing along to musicals on occasion.

I'm open to hanging out with surfers in California but can't host anyone until I have my own apartment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have virtually no experience with CouchSurfing, but several of my friends have had great experiences and I thought I would give it a try! :)

兴趣

I am very passionate about filmmaking. I love to write and direct short films or help my friends out with their film projects. I am currently studying abroad in Germany and making a ten minute documentary about nerd culture here. I also love to travel and explore new places, new activities, and new types of food. I am a movie buff and particularly enjoy fantasy and science fiction films. and , among others. I also love to read in my spare time. Some of my favorite books are the , among others. I watch a lot of TV as well. My all time favorite shows include . I like listening to pretty much any kind of music and hanging out with friends. I also like to swim, play tennis, and do martial arts when I have the time.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was amazed by the sheer scope and amount of nerds at my first Comic Con in San Diego (I've been a total of four times so far). I felt like I'd finally found my place, my tribe.
I thought that the view from the Eiffel Tower was wonderful and really put things in perspective as well as give a real sense of the history of Paris.
The cathedral at Notre Dame was also very powerful and moving. The beauty that was created without the tools we have in the 21st century is so impressive, and there's something very special and spiritual about the place.
