About Me
CURRENT MISSION
The creation of a new home.
ABOUT ME
I'd say I'm friendly, somewhat tangental, possibly a little sarcastic, occasionally creative, a fan of long and/or esoteric words, a cultured philistine, who likes thinking the best of others. Al
PHILOSOPHY
I'll let you know the minute I find it. As I don't think wanton gratification really counts as a philosophy per se.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I'm entirely new to it. Current circumstances mean I can't accomodate anyone. But I would definitely play host off the back of a successful experience as a guest.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Yeah, futons are the best overall in terms of comfort and resemblance to a bed. While one would think beanbags score well, due to a high level of malleability, they are a little too small for bedding down in and rustle with the slightest movement. Any couch is acceptable if the head-rests are well padded, otherwise you just wake up with a crick in your neck. I've missed the point haven't I?
Interests
The two biggest things in my life are food and music, I try to be involved with both creatively, socially and from an appreciative context. I like climbing and cycling, arguing (the constructive kind), and laughing at things.

Music, Movies, and Books
In broad genre strokes and across all cultural media I like the most... 20th century European modernist literature, anime, post-rock, mediterranean cookbooks, historical analysis, krautrock, comedy, violence, comedy violence, piano-driven indie, non piano-driven indie, spoken word radio, philosophical treatises, glitchy breakbeat, HBO.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once made mince pies for the drummer of Pink Floyd. Apparently he liked them.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well I'm pretty good with a frying pan and know how to play a few instruments. Those are probably useful things to know (and are even better to collaborate on.)
