ABOUT ME

I began a mid-life crisis at the age of 30. Or maybe I became smarter and left a life in America where work was #1. Anyway, I have been living abroad since 2003 and use it as a way to try and see more of the world and broaden my horizons. It has been well worth it so far.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm really not that philosophical. I just try to enjoy my life as much as possible without interfering with anyone else's enjoyment.

But, if you buy me a beer or two, I can become a bit more philosophical.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Before couchsurfing I hosted many people while in Japan and then heard about the site. since then I've hosted a few when possible and it has always been a nice experience. It's great to hear stories of people traveling through.
