I'm a friendly and outgoing girl from mainland Vancouver, who's recently completed a degree in Pacific and Asian studies and economics at UVic. I love to travel and constantly strive to meet new people and gain knowledge of the world outside of my home town.

Couchsurfing seems to be a great way to jump straight into a new environment! I am very new to this concept but have been extremely overwhelmed by the kindness and hospitality of our hosts, and have made friends I hope to keep forever!

I have a wide range of taste in music and art, but some favourites include drake, death from above 1979, toe, elephant gym, carsick cars, the shins, the clash and toro y moi.

I spent 8 months living in Shanghai and 4 months living in Kaohsiung on exchange during my undergrad. I love sharing my experiences and travel tips with others, I am also fluent in Mandarin. I love learning about different cultures!
