I'm loud and quiet,

I'm serene and sensible and frazzled and frenetic,
I'm a dream and a nightmare,
I am a rock and I am a wreck.

I am a little bit of everything wrong and hopefully a lot of everything right.

I'm generally a nice, fun-loving person who is non-judgemental and eager to meet different people and experience different cultures, places and environments. Life can be hard but we're all in it together, aren't we?

Only recently joined back in CS fun as a busy life caused a hiatus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So many things but the one that popped into my head first was seeing my, at the time, six year old son walk up to a homeless man in the New York subway and give him $5. The $5 his Grandma had just given him for being such a good boy.

I think the most amazing thing I've done in my lifetime is raise two (now 3!) fantastic kids.

Teach, Learn, Share

It's difficult travelling with children and even more difficult couchsurfing with children!
I have a 20 year old, 12 year old and 5 year old, and 3 rat babies and we'd love to host those wishing to CS with children as it's we know from experience it's a daunting task. Our home is warm, family friendly and full of entertaining activities and our kids love meeting new people and sharing experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can certainly share a family experience so only consider us if you can handle a busy household ;-)
