ABOUT ME

I'm somewhat reserved around people I don't know, and that's a quality I hate. I'm a pretty funny person, I have a positive outlook on life, and I'm an incredibly reliable, honest person. I have a tendency to follow my heart more than my mind, which is why I am a 23 year old junior in college. I graduated from high school a full year early and moved across the country to play music, and I've done so somewhat successfully (touring is the reason I've taken several semesters off) since relocating.

PHILOSOPHY

Traveling is a HUGE passion of mine and I truly believe that the experiences and life lessons gained from jumping outside of the box are worth more than anything else in life. One of my greatest fears is of growing old and having only memories of the things I wished I had done.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately the house I'm at is without an open couch, so I am unable to contribute in that way, but I can absolutely point people in the right direction and show anyone a good time that's traveling through. Main participation right now is sleeping on others couches and doing my best to help out at the house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many a couch and floor, not through this website, but through touring the country and playing music.

Interests

I have an odd goal of skydiving on every continent, a huge passion for music, I enjoy learning and going to school, movies, friends, books, warm summer nights, going out, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Donnie Darko is a favorite movie, I have way too many favorite bands, most of which would possibly be considered obscure?, Chuck Palahniuk is a favorite author.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the Grand Canyon was a pretty incredible experience, touring the country and playing shows and sleeping on couches is something I feel very lucky to have been able to do.

I can teach you how to drum on your legs and share with you an iPod full of music.
