CURRENT MISSION
to join up some dots...
ABOUT ME
i'm a wildly young at heart 38 year old, who still sees the world through the eyes of a small child. i can be grown up when i have to, but largely i prefer to see the world through the eyes and ears of a child.
i live in a huge building which used to be the home of the BBC in glasgow. i live in the building with around 10 other people, all living communally, but all having really large living spaces, which used to be old studios and offices of the BBC. ratherthan let the building decay, we all live in here and make sure it's protected and doesn;t fall into disrepair. the benefit for me is reduced cost and my own balcony.
i am bursting with curiosity - i want to know everything. i am a laid back type, who doesn't make many plans and work to guidlines, but float free and take things as they come along. i reckon i'm fairly good company, and someone who tries his best to create interesting communication with people and really get under the skin. i am naturally upbeat, prone to the occasional larry david moment it has to be said.
i love art, making things, experimenting, learning, playing the piano, making walking sticks, climbing hills, painting, making music (under the name pliiant), sanding and varnishing old found furniture, growing hers, bees, radio 4, chatting...
