Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Already couchsurfed in Lapland, it avoided some freezing experience and helped us to meet very warm people, though in the middle of a world of snow...
We had very nice experiences throughout the world and want to share and help people experiencing the same things.

Interests

Comics... A lot (french ones). Movies, music, like a lot of people in fact. Walking in the mountains (love the Alps...) was also one of my first activity as a child :) I like playing piano when I have the time to do so. Cooking is also a real pleasure for me, when I have enough time to really plan something.
Travelling (Mexico, Brazil, Europe, ...) became the carrot of the everyday-life.
And it would be a lie not to say I'm passionated with my job as a doctor.

Mostly rock n' roll, with a wide range of music.
Garden state, Star wars, The big Lebowsky, Scrubs, etc... too many films and series to name them all.
Fantasy and heroïc fantasy books, Robin hobb, David Eddings, and Terry Pratchett (RIP, my favourite one)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I kicked my ass to have 6 months of exchange during my studies, in Finland (at first, but with a lot of other experiences later...). It opened my mind and allowed me to meet lots of friends everywhere in the world (mostly Europe at first), and then let my hunger for travels grow. It was the first stone of the castle made by the many other amazing things life can bring.

Even if it doesn't help you much, here is your first medical lesson : you can't lick your elbow, but don't worry, people usually don't care.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really like to share my knowledge about medicine. I often have passionated speech about the human body, ethics, pain,... The cooking is also very interesting all around the world, and I love learning about local specialties (it doesn't have to be food, beverage is allowed too ;) ).
