About Me

CURRENTLY: travelling around South East Asia 🌍✨🌿🌸

I'm an Argentinian that's been travelling for a few years now, trying to connect with myself and with the world we all live in, and trying to understand a little bit more about society and human beings.
I always wanted to travel and get to know different cultures and here I am: so happy to have chosen this way of life now.
I care a lot about people, I'm very empathic and I'm always there wherever some help is needed.
I love cats and animals in general. That's why a few years ago I decided to stop eating them.
I'm very interested in sustainability and everyday I'm becoming more and more conscious about how important it is to take care of the environment. Still so much to learn.
I love reading and singing and I'd love to learn how to play the guitar. I recently started learning Kalimba (if you don't know this cute instrument, I highly recommend you watch some videos and check its sound!)
I think what really characterizes me is my smile. I love to laugh and probably I'm the best person to share a bad joke with (I'll laugh anyway lol).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to join Couchsurfing because I think one of the most amazing things when travelling is to actually get to know other cultures and ways of living. I believe is no better way to do that than talking and sharing with locals, trying to understand and always being respectful.
I did Woofing and I volunteered before and I loved the fact that you can build real connections while having some cultural exchange and making our experiences more meaningful.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I first arrived to Viet Nam I didn't know anything about the northern part of the country. But when I started to talk with Vietnamese many of them recommended me to go there, specially to a place called Ha Giang. Over the years tourism increased in that particular area that is very close to the mountains and it's because you can actually ride a motorbike all along and explore it by yourself.
To be honest I had never been in a motorbike at that point and I was a bit scared, but then I asked myself: why not? I decided to go there and it was one of the most amazing things that I've done so far.
Having the opportunity to live such an experience is priceless. The scenery is out of this world, something that I've never seen before. But the most important thing for me was being able to interact and know a little bit more about Viet Nam and its culture, during these 3 days trip.
