Hello there :) I'm an artist from Austria, interested in arts, culture, nature, ecology, cooking, meditation, yoga... alternative ways of living. I traveled quite a bit in the past, right now not so much, but when I do i’m looking for learnings, inspiring, beautiful connections, deep talks, nature, a good dance, a laugh, a quiet walk, a sunrise from the top of a mountain… and what life brings. But also the "not so beautiful" parts of the world.

I’m interested in, and believe in the power of indigenous and traditional knowledge especially concerning food sovereignty. I cook a lot with wild herbs and plants from the forests, I bake sourdough bread, ferment food, and make art with it. Happy to share, exchange and learn from you. Always up for cooking together and sharing recipes (when I travel i'm very interested in the traditional ones).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been travelling quite a lot and it's always the best to be able to stay with locals. It opens up our perspective on a place, allows us to get to know part of it and its people ‘for real’, share beautiful experiences together, learn from each other, make connections in an isolated and alienating world, get entangled and grow. It’s just a beautiful part of travelling, essential for me:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm happy to host people who want to come to Linz for a few days if I have time. Let’s share some stories, a good meal, a walk around the city or nature close by... and grow together a bit more :) I'm also happy to give you suggestions of places to visit in the area.

If I open up my place for you I expect you to be clean and respectful. I only host people who are interested in an exchange of some sort. If you are not - please look for a hotel.
